What is this Facebook thing all about? Am I missing something? First my wife signed up for it to find some high school friends for a reunion she was planning. Now I see that Brian signed up for it. Am I missing something here?
Is there such a thing as social networking overload? Myspace, Facebook, Linked in, etc. Where is the niche for each of these? Here is the way I see them.
Myspace – This is where the kids (pre-teens – college age) hang out and and connect with their friends online.
Linked In – seems to be geared to working professionals. Keeping in touch with old co-workers etc.
Facebook – Not sure but I may have to isgn up and figure it out.
Classmates – This is a pay site where you can keep up with high school and college classmates.
