Changing History

This one is for Jerry and Rich.

Yesterday afternoon while surfing through the channels I noticed that Return of the Jedi was on. I decided to watch it again. At the end of the movie I swear that the ghostly image of Luke’s father was changed and in the version I just watched it was Hayden Christensen. So I Googled it.

I found this. Scroll down to the middle.

I am disturbed and impressed at the same time.

#1 Distrurbed that someone went back to change this.

#2 Impressed that See #1.

I know I am not very preceptive so I am sure that my friends have already picked up on this.

Please don’t get me started on this one…

    1) Totally against putting “young” Anakin in
    2) Where’s Qui-Gon Jinn (Liam Neeson)? According to Yoda at the end of Revenge, Qui-Gon learned this technique, yet never makes an appearance. They didn’t even add him in on the DVD of RotJ. You think he would have wanted to make an appearance at the end of the saga that began with him!

I hate when Hollywood goes back and makes changes to existing classics!
