According to research children who play violent video games are more agressive.
DUH!
Does this mean that children who play guitar hero are more musical?
Children who play Madden Football are more athletic?

I think playing Madden as a kid begins to break into football would help. You’d get a head-start on understanding playbooks, timing and reading offenses/defenses. From an RB/WR standpoint, doing things like reading blocks and running precise routes in your head while playing the video game could easily translate into on-field duplication.
I’ve never played Guitar Hero, 1 or 2, but I’ve heard good things.
